At 339bde, Responsible Gaming — Your Protection is Our Priority
Enjoy entertainment within your limits. 339bde is committed to giving you a safe, balanced, and controlled gaming experience — for players aged 21+ only.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is a great source of entertainment — but it should never take priority over the important things in life. 339bde believes every player has the right to play in a safe environment. Our responsible gaming policy ensures that gaming always stays enjoyable — and never becomes a burden.
With Bangladesh's many gaming enthusiasts in mind, 339bde has developed multiple protection tools. On this page you will learn how to set limits, how to take a temporary break, and where to seek help if needed.
Recognise the Warning Signs
⚠️ Be alert if you notice these signs
When gaming turns from entertainment into compulsion, it can become a problem. If any of the following signs appear, take action immediately:
- Spending beyond your budget or borrowing money to play
- Repeatedly returning to the game to try to recover lost money
- Withdrawing from family, friends, or work because of gaming
- Lying or hiding the truth about your gaming
- Feeling restless or anxious when you are unable to play
- Using money meant for everyday essentials on gaming
If these signs appear, contact 339bde live chat support now or use the self-exclusion option below.
Our Protection Tools
339bde offers players multiple self-regulation options. Using these, you can take control of your own gaming experience.
Set a Deposit Limit
Set your own limit on how much you can deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Raising it requires a 24-hour wait — lowering it takes effect right away.
Time-Out
If you want to take a temporary break from gaming, use the Time-Out feature. You can pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 90 days. No betting or deposits are possible during this time.
Self-Exclusion
If you are experiencing serious problems with gaming, choose the self-exclusion option. You can select a period from a minimum of 6 months up to a permanent ban. No marketing messages will be sent while self-exclusion is active.
Set a Loss Limit
Set a limit on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once you reach the limit, gaming will stop automatically. This keeps your budget protected.
Reality Check
A notification is sent at set intervals to remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This reminder helps you make conscious decisions.
Age Verification and Account Security
339bde follows a strict age verification process. Only those aged 21 or above can open an account. Keep your account password secure so that underage family members cannot gain access.

The Golden Rules of Safe Gaming
Responsible gaming means keeping gaming as a source of entertainment — not as a way to earn money or relieve stress. The habits below will help you maintain a balanced gaming life:
- Set a budget before you start gaming and stick to it.
- Do not keep playing in an attempt to recover lost money.
- Take regular breaks — at least 15 minutes every hour.
- Never game with borrowed money or go into debt to play.
- Avoid gaming when you are stressed, feeling low, or under the influence of substances.
- Do not let gaming replace time with family and friends.
- Keep a gaming log — record how much time and money you are spending.
- Play for entertainment only — do not assume a win is guaranteed.
21+ Age Policy
339bde strictly keeps minors away from gaming. Only those aged 21 or above may create an account and participate in gaming on this platform.
We verify age at registration and may request additional identity documents in cases of doubt. If there are children or teenagers at home, use family lock or parental control software on your device.
For ages 21 and above only

Responsible Gaming Policy Details
Self-Exclusion Policy
Self-exclusion is an important protection measure that 339bde takes very seriously. Once self-exclusion is activated, your account will be completely deactivated and cannot be reactivated before the set period ends. No promotional emails or notifications will be sent during this time. In the case of permanent self-exclusion, there is no option to recover the account.
Deposit Limits and Loss Limits
At 339bde the minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. You can set your deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while raising it takes effect after 24 hours — this delay is intentional to prevent impulsive decisions.
Protection of Minors
339bde is firmly committed to protecting minors from online gaming. If we suspect that an account is being operated using a minor's identity, we reserve the right to suspend that account. Parents and guardians are encouraged to install family safety software on devices used by children.
Gaming and Mental Health
Gaming should be an enjoyable activity — not an escape from stress or anxiety. If you feel that gaming is affecting your mental health, please seek advice from a mental health professional. 339bde always considers users' mental wellbeing to be far more important than gaming.
Promotional Offers and Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming principles apply even when enjoying 339bde's welcome bonus and other promotional offers. Avoid placing excessive bets chasing a bonus. Read the terms and conditions of every offer carefully and enjoy it within your budget.
